Do you provide delivery for your Products ?

We provide free delivery charge, for every purchase of machine. included by courier, cargo, shipping, etc

 

Do you deliver your product outside Indonesia?

Our delivery is only included for Indonesia area.

For every purchase in another country, has its own representative in their country

Do you sell spare parts of machines?

We do not sell any spare parts to end users.

Can I trade-in for my old coffee machine?

Yes, we do accept trade-in of your old coffee machine when you purchase a new machine. Terms and Conditions apply

Do you issue a Warranty Card for the Machine purchased?

Yes, we provide a warranty card. With a 1 year guarantee for service and spare parts.

Do you offer rental for machines ?

We do offer rental of machines for events or long term rental(with agreement).

Can you give demonstration at our location?

We have a complete showroom, where demonstrations can take place. But we also provide a demo at your place.

My machine shows

This is not a machine issues, but the cause is in the Coffee Beans you use. Coffee beans are oily, sluggish, or old so they clog the grinder. It may also be that objects such as rocks or paper clip is jamming  the grinder. Bring your machine to our service center to clear the grinder. Please remember, the clogged grinder is not included in the warranty.

I can't push in drip tray of my JURA Machine

1. Switch off the machine, remove the drip tray and reinsert back everything excluding the used ground container.
2. Switch on the machine, let the brewer unit initialise back to the filling position. Once the machine shows ready, remove the drip tray and reinsert back together with the used ground container.

What is the service charge for the JURA machine?

The service charge for repairing the JURA machine is Rp. 350,000. This does not include spare parts. If the machine is not from us, the service fee is Rp. 600,000

Do you provide on-site service for JURA Machines?

The JURA machine requires complete equipment and an animation system that only provided in our service center, so we can’t do on-site service.

Is there any warranty for JURA service?

Warranty of Servicing of your JURA machine only applies if it has been repaired in our Service Center. If the machine fails for the same reason (except clogged grinders) within thirty (30) days after completion, we shall service your machine at no cost.

What service do you provide for JURA Accessories?

JURA accessories have a very limited number of spare parts to repair. Please bring your JURA accessories to our service center where we shall make an assessment.
